Hi LuRa, nice to have you here, can you give us a brief introduction to Ceres DAO?

A1:Hello to everybody! I'm CMO for Ceres DAO, Bamboo. With almost ten more years of experience in the blockchain sector, I constantly keep a positive outlook on the advancement of Web3.0 and DAO!

Ceres DAO is the world's first decentralized digital asset management infrastructure and management system based on DAO governance and powered by Web3. Using a new, standardized DeFi asset investing paradigm, Ceres DAO offers non-custodial, decentralized asset management services for digital asset holdings.

Ceres DAO is a community-driven organizational structure that, in terms of governance, offers a flexible mechanism that can involve DAO members in investment choices in a way that conventional venture capital fund models cannot.

The growth of the cryptocurrency business and the DAO concept are also causing changes in the current venture capital paradigm. The distributed office model of the DAO allows for joint decision-making in manufacturing, and the DAO organizational model harnesses the collective wisdom of the group to make investment decisions. The most important thing about the DAO community is that it unites people from all over the world with different professional backgrounds.

Members of the DAO have similar goals, so to protect their own interests, they will pool their resources, knowledge, and ideas to help steer projects and programs that look promising.

Q2:We adore DAOs and think they're the future of cryptocurrency. What distinguishes a DAO from a conventional VC?

• A2: The DAO model really makes it possible for investment funds to operate on the blockchain, which further increases the transparency of investment decisions. This means that instead of relying on a centralized leadership group to implement strategy, the community must communicate to manage the fund and the implementation and formulation of strategies through on-chain voting.

Q3:Can you tell us more about the native Ceres DAO tokens $CRS and $CES? What roles do tokens play in your ecosystem?
