昨晚的问题，虚拟机内存从32G调整到80G，我调整了sga+pga=60G时重启告警，也没到内存的80%，如下

查看了support，参考文档 Getting ORA-00700 Message when Starting the Database (Doc ID 2610312.1)

 调小了pga，再次重启不再报错，改天好好研究下

官网建议

For example, the following settings can be used to startup the instance:

PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET = 25% of 85% total memory
PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT = 50% of 85% total memory
SGA_TARGET = 50% of 85% total memory

-OR-

PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET = 33% of 85% total memory
PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT = 67% of 85% total memory
