“The Innovation” launched in May 2020 and rigorously follows the same peer review, editorial, and publishing standards of Cell. There are 183 Editorial members from 21 countries and 51% of them are outside of China, and their research interests cover all disciplines of science. WHO and PubMed Central indexed some articles. Also The Innovation has been indexed by DOAJ, ADS, Scopus. So far, >75% citations are outside of China. Not surprisingly, the rejection rate has risen to 80% sharply. From submission to publishing, the mean duration was 56 days in 2020.

Youth Editor of The Innovation

Job description: To invite, review and submit papers to The Innovation and to promote its publicity in social media, academic conference, etc.

Application: Next-generation scientists who share the vision of The Innovation are welcome. Candidates will be selected through Panel Checking. 

Time duration: 3 years
