what is physical acticity?

physical activity is any form movement that causes your

body to use enegy. it may be purposeful. such as when you

exercise or play sports. it may also occur as part of your regular

routine, for example,as you are walking or riding bike to go to

school, you are doing the physical activity. many forms of

physical activity can improve your physical fitness, the ability to

carry out daily tasks easily and have enough reserve energy to

respond to unexpected demands. maintaining a high level of

physical fitness gives you a sense of total well-being and is an

important lifelong health goal.

Taking exercise is good for our health. All work and no play

makes Jack a dull boy. By taking exercise, we can relax our body

and mind. At the same time, we can harden our muscle and have

a good figure. If we don't take exercise for a long time, we may

I enjoy several outdoor sports. Swimming in the sea is my

favorite. Because there are too many people in a swimming pool

and the water is always dirty, I prefer to swim in the sea.

Playing badminton is also fun. I can always find a place in the

park for playing badminton. Besides, I enjoy jogging in the

whole night getting drunk in bars . And as is known to all ,

tobacco an alcohol are the two greatest evils that creat negative

affections on our health . Thus a man should definitely be sure of

what to eat and what not , what to drink and what not . Besides ,

joining a family outdoor pinic in a shining weekend would be a

lovely way to keep psychologically/mentally healthy . Anyway ,

health is the most precious gift that man can ever have .

Sports change with the seasons. People play different games

in winter and summer. Swimming is fun in warm weather, but

for them. Football, for example, has spread around the world.

Swimming is popular in all countries near the sea or in those with

many rivers. Some sports or games go back thousands of years,

like running or jumping. Chinese wushu, for example, has a very

long history. But basketball and volleyball are rather new. People

are inventing new sports or games all the time. Water skiing is

one of the newest in the family of sports.

People from different countries may not be able to

understand each other, but after a game together they often

become good friends. Sports help to train a person's character.

One learns to fight hard but fight fair, to win without pride and

to lose with grace.
