解决方法：
#升级git：从1.8到2.35
1. 通过yum安装
2. 源码编译

# 升级gitlab-runner，最好和gitlab版本保持一致

sudo chmod +x /usr/local/bin/gitlab-runner -
Start the service:
sudo gitlab-runner start
