I. Environmental performance of commercial concrete batching plant

 

1)    All powdery material is transmitted in closed environment.

2)    Dust chimney of mixer cover, cement measuring pocket and fly ash is combined with dust catcher. Sprue of aggregate has dust resistant plate. These reduce the discharge of powder.

3)    Totally enclosed concrete batching plant and belt conveyor construction greatly reduce pollutions of powder and noise.

4)    It adopts suction dedusting and special filter cloth to make the powder not spread and recycle the powder that is collected.

 

II.Reliability of commercial concrete batching plant

 

1)    Mixing blades adopts special wear resistant material. Supports for shaft end and sealing form. adopts multiple sealing. These ensure the reliability of concrete mixer.

2)    It adopts wear resistant steel plate at the vulnerable place.

3)    Belt joint take sulphur treatment. Therefore, its service life is three times longer than ordinary riveted steel structure.
