利用rman做auxiliary恢复的时候出现了 ORA-12528: TNS:listener: all appropriate instances are blocking new connection   $lsnrctl status  Instance "ora10", status BLOCKED, has 1 handler(s) for this service...

因为database 启动到nomount状态 远程连接不上 可是在tnsname.ora中加上

      (SERVER = dedicated)
      (SERVICE_NAME = ora10)
