Unit 9 A Football Game

/ɜː/

是单元音中元音,是个长元音，旧版英式音标符号[əː],美式英语对应的音标符号[ɝ]。

发音规则：

.

1）半张开嘴巴，双唇略扁平，向嘴角两边略拉开。

.

2）舌身平放，舌中部伸向硬颚，但不要接触到硬颚，舌部肌肉紧张。

.

3）震动声带，发出/ɜː/音。

注意：/ɜː/个长元音，这个音听起来和汉语的"饿"相似，要注意的是在美国英语中该音后常常加上一个r的

音，类似北京方言的儿发音。

是单元音前元音，这个音标在英式音标中的符号是/ə/，美式英标符号[ə]。

发音规则：

1）嘴微微张开，嘴唇放松，舌身平放。

2）舌中部伸向硬颚，不要与之接触。

3）口部肌肉和舌头放松，震动声带，气流向外发出/ə/音。

注意：/ə/是中央、不圆唇、非重读元音。

注意：/ʌ/个短元音，要诀是发音时收小腹，注意与/æ/的区别。
