从德勤2019年度调研报告来看全球的“千禧一代”

德勤（Deloitte）公司的《2019德勤千禧一代年度调研报告》中，将千禧一代称为

“被颠覆的一代”。该调研报告显示，德勤认为千禧一代对经济、政治的态度并不乐观，同时

他们对自己的生活、工作、经济状况等等方面也不满意。德勤还发现，千禧一代是注重体验

的一代，他们的消费行为会与自身秉持的价值观保持一致。

许多千禧一代步入职场时正值经济危机爆发，这对他们后续的薪资水平和和职业道

路产生的影响，既是长期的，也是消极的。与前几代人相比，他们所获得的实际收入和累

积资产较少，而负债水平较高。

对千禧一代来说，生育子女、购置房产已经不再是他们最期望实现的人生愿景。在

德勤的调研中，有57的千禧一代最希望能环游世界，另有52的人希望收入更高、变

得富有，而有46的人希望能为社会带来更积极的影响。
