centos端搭建好了FTP
windows匿名登录也成功

C:\Users\666>ftp -A 162.14.20.16
连接到 162.14.20.16。
220 (vsFTPd 3.0.2)
200 Always in UTF8 mode.
331 Please specify the password.
230 Login successful.
对 666@DES 匿名登录成功
ftp> CD FTP
250 Directory successfully changed.
ftp> LCD K:\FTP
目前的本地目录 K:\FTP。

可是用命令上传时报错

200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV.
553 Could not create file.

在网上找553 Could not create file的解决办法一个都不行（好多都说是是配置文件里的write_enable=YES有问题啊，可是我的没问题.
后来试了下这个方法79884875
1.考虑是不是selinux的原因 把selinux禁用试试
2.说不定ftp的文件夹确实没有写权限，确认一下该目录权限
3.配置文件里有write_enable=YES吗

改权限就可以了

[root@centos pub]# chmod 777 -R FTP/
[root@centos pub]# chmod o+w FTP/
[root@centos pub]# systemctl restart vsftpd

当然也有可能是其他原因
