springboot项目集成dubbo时启动后一直停留在await......，一直没有启动tomcat，此时通过端口访问也是访问不了的 ，但是可以通过dubbo调用
解决方法：
加入springboot依赖
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-web</artifactId>
</dependency>可以看到已经启动了：
比较玄学，我也不知道为什么反正就是能用了
