Windows 7下使用Windows Virtual PC运行Winodws XP Mode

一、软件、工具准备

1、Windows XP Mode

     使用适用于 Windows 7 的 Windows XP Mode，可以直接从运行 Windows 7 的计算机上轻松安装和运行许多原本运行于 Windows XP 上的生产应用程序。(支持的操作系统：Windows 7 专业版、Windows 7 旗舰版或 Windows 7 企业版。）

2、Windows Virtual PC

   Windows Virtual PC 是最新的 Microsoft 虚拟化技术。您可以使用此技术在一台计算机上同时运行多个操作系统，并且只需单击一下，便可直接在运行 Windows 7 的计算机上的虚拟 Windows 环境中运行许多生产应用程序。

3、Windows 7 更新程序 (KB977206)

    Windows6.1-KB977206-x86.msu：https://www.microsoft/zh-cn/download/details.aspx?id=3248

    Windows6.1-KB977206-x64.msu（用于基于 x64 的系统的 Windows 7 更新程序 KB977206）：https://www.microsoft/zh-cn/download/details.aspx?id=6906

    安装本更新程序可以免除运行 Windows Virtual PC 和 XP 模式所需的先决条件。这些先决条件包括支持硬件辅助虚拟化 (HAV) 的处理器（BIOS 中也启用了 HAV）。安装本更新程序之后，可能必须重新启动计算机。

二、注意事项

    1、Windows XP Mode安装完成后，找到“Windows XP Mode base.vhd”文件，重新授权，否则Virtual PC加载时会出错。

    2、使用XP Mode时一旦更改帐户密码就无法自动登录了。系统会提示密码错误。
    默认情况下，Windows Virtual PC 会保留上次成功登录 Windows XP Mode 时的密码。更改密码后，新密码与原来保存的密码信息不符，导致自动登陆失败。
    解决方法具体如下：
    （1）在上图中按“确定”，激活登录信息框。输入新设定的密码，再按“确定”，登录到 Windows XP Mode。（虽然自动登陆报错，但是仍然可以通过手动输入新密码来登录）
    （2）在顶端工具栏上，依次单击“工具>设置”。打开 Windows Virtual PC 设置窗口。
    （3）在窗口左侧单击“登录凭据”，按一下“删除保存的凭据”按钮。这就清除了之前保存的自动登录的密码信息。最后按“确定”退出设置窗口。
    （4）关闭 Windows XP Mode。
    （5）重新登入 Windows XP Mode。在登录窗口中，输入新的账户密码，勾选“记住我的凭据”后，按“确定”登录。
这样设置后，下次就可以顺利地自动登录了。

    3、Windows XP Mode系统里的账号如果设置密码为空，需要清除“登录凭据”，然后在Windows XP Mode登录前的“Windows安全-输入您的凭据”询问对话框中选择“取消”按钮。

    4、设备管理器中提示“其他设备-Virtual PC Integration Device”未安装好驱动。

    These three unknown Virtual PC Integration Devices are normal. I also have them on my Windows XP Mode. In fact, the Virtual PC Integration Device is called VPCBus, which is used to communicate with the main machine.

    Integration Components need to be installed in the guest to make use of the communication mechanism. The entire communication between guest and host happens over VPCBus. For every communication channel established, two VPCBus channels are opened between host and guest. When integration components are enabled, you can see these VPCBus channels in guest device management. These devices come under “Other devices” category and are named “Virtual PC Integration Device”. 

    4、如果Win7 XP mode忘记密码或者清空密码后不能登录的处理方法

（1）菜单->所有程序->Windows Virtual PC->Windows Virtual PC

（2）右键点击有问题的Windows XP Mode虚拟机，在弹出的菜单项中选择“设置”

（3）在窗口左侧单击“登录凭据”，按一下“删除保存的凭据”按钮。这就清除了之前保存的自动登录的密码信息。最后按“确定”退出设置窗口。

（4）然后启动XP mode，XP就会以普通虚拟机的方式启动，然后就可以以XPMUser/adminsitrator用户，不输入密码登陆进去。
