You are using Node v10.14.2, but this version of @vue/cli requires Node ^12.0.0
1.vue create text-vant (text-vant为创建的项目名)报如下错误
2.解决方法
（1）去node.js\官网下载12或者12以上版本，
（2）npm uninstall -g @vue/cli卸载当前vue-cli,然后重新安装4.5.13版本
