给定一个长度为n的01字符串， 每次将整个串整体往后移，最后一个移到开头，作为下一行，问存在的全1矩形的最大面积

如果一行中最多的连续1的个数为x， 则只有一行矩形的面积为x * 1 ，两行的面积为（x-1） * 2 ,三行的面积是(x-2) * 3 ,最终面积有一个最大值，也就是（x-i+ 1）* i,i为x除2上取整
