运行报错现象，报错的提示是：无法将String类型转换为System.Collections.Generic.List<>

小编查看了报错日志,报错提示时：System.Data.DataException: A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server. (provider: Session Provider, error: 19 - Physical connection is not usable)

解决方案：并没有什么好的解决方案，经过两位大神的无能为力后，小编和其他开发者做了对比，发现小编的网络不好，于是检查了交换机的网线接口，有所松动，将其弄牢固后最后不再报该错误。
