15KW永磁同步电动机设计

在我们日常生活中,永磁同步电机随处可见,因为其相比其他电机而言结构相对简单,运行稳定且便于维修等优势,最重要的是永磁同步电机在调速方面具有很好的优势。随着自动控制技术和微电子技术的不断革新,目前的技术水平为实现永磁同步电机设计开发打下坚实的基础,提供扎实的理论依据。

与传统永磁电机应用场合及设计要求不同,电动汽车用永磁电机应该具有高效率、宽调速范围、高过载能力、结构坚固、体积小和重量轻等特点,这对电动汽车用永磁电机的设计提出了新的挑战,本文的研究工作就是设计一款额定功率为15kW 永磁同步电机。永磁同步电机设计开发系统拥有很好的动态特性,运行稳定性高、调速的范围较大,性能可靠等,在驱动系统中被广泛的应用。

深入学习永磁同步电机的整体结构和分类,针对永磁同步电机设计开发系统当做研究对象。结合永磁同步电机的结构特点,对电磁负荷、转子结构、绕组型式以及尺寸等做了合理设计。经过多轮优化,最终确定电机的结构尺寸,以及电磁参数与性能。在对永磁同步电机设计开发系统工作原理和各个部分的数学模型进行深入研究的基础上,从电动汽车用驱动电机的性能要求出发,结合永磁同步电机的结构特点,对电磁负荷、转子结构、绕组型式以及尺寸等做了合理设计。经过多轮优化,最终确定电机的结构尺寸,以及电磁参数与性能。最后,对永磁同步电机设计开发系统分析方法进行了详细比较分析,为科学决策提供可靠的依据。本次设计在学习掌握永磁同步电机工作特性的同时,参考得到的计算结果,为更进一步的设计开发新的产品奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract

In our daily life, permanent magnet synchronous motor can be seen everywhere, because compared with other motors, its structure is relatively simple, stable operation and easy maintenance and other advantages, the most important is that permanent magnet synchronous motor has a good advantage in speed regulation. With the continuous innovation of automatic control technology and micro-electronic technology, the current technical level for the realization of permanent magnet synchronous motor design and development lay a solid foundation, provide a solid theoretical basis.

Different from traditional permanent magnet motor applications and design requirements, should use permanent magnet motor of electric vehicle with high efficiency, wide speed range, high overload capacity, firm structure, small volume and light weight etc., the electric car with a new challenge to the design of permanent magnet motor, in this paper, the research work is to design a payment power of 15 kw permanent magnet synchronous motor. Permanent magnet synchronous motor design and development system has good dynamic characteristics, high running stability, wide range of speed regulation, reliable performance and so on, in the drive system has been widely used.

In-depth study of the overall structure and classification of permanent magnet synchronous motor, permanent magnet synchronous motor design and development system as the research object. The electromagnetic load, rotor structure, winding type and size of permanent magnet synchronous motor are designed rationally. After several rounds of optimization, the final determination of the motor structure size, as well as electromagnetic parameters and performance. On the basis of studying the working principle and the mathematical model of each part of the permanent magnet synchronous motor design and development system, the electromagnetic load, rotor structure, winding type and size of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are designed reasonably based on the performance requirements of the drive motor for electric vehicles and the structural characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. After several rounds of optimization, the final determination of the motor structure size, as well as electromagnetic parameters and performance. Finally, the analysis methods of permanent magnet synchronous motor design and development system are compared and analyzed in detail to provide reliable basis for scientific decision-making. This design in learning to master the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor at the same time, reference to the calculation results, for further design and development of new products to lay a solid foundation.
