【问题描述】

普元 EOS Platform 7.6.6 BES9.5.2 governor往default中部署ecd报错：Fails to deploy contribution on default(127.0.0.1:6200)Caused by：拒绝连接(Connection refused) 

【解决方案】

EOS  Platform 7.6.6部署在bes9.5中，需要打补丁：PLATFORM_7.6.6_SERVER_20220509_P1，项目中打了补丁后，没有出现上述问题，governor可以成功往default中部署ecd。
