SSLError: [Errno 1] _ssl.c:499: error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure

解决方案是：

在python开头加:


import requests.packages.urllib3.util.ssl_
requests.packages.urllib3.util.ssl_.DEFAULT_CIPHERS = 'ALL'

据说是SSLv3存在安全问题
