Nowadays, distance-learning programs have gained in popularity (those teaching programmes that involve the use of written materials, videos, televised lessons and the Internet).but some people argue that courses can never be as good as those taken by attending a college or university in person. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

自己的脑瘫作文:(被评价为6分)

Nowadays , it is a hot issue that distance-learning programs have gained in popularity, but certain people argue that courses can never be as good as those taken by attending a college or university in person. I partly agree with this view, though I believe distance-learning will be more popular in the future.

Firstly, if you enter to a college or university's campus. You will have a strong feeling that you come to there that it's aiming to study skills and knowledge. You will see a lot of students are hard-working in the library or listen carefully at the classroom. But if you receive a distance-learning program you can not have the same feeling . It is difficult to know students who study with you are not sleeping or just playing with other friends. It can not like you in the campus that you can see you classmates' behaviors directly , you are so hard to feel you can be encouraged by others.

What's more, you would like to concentrate at a special place which everybody has to take the same thing, if you on the online, you are easily to be attracted by other funny things, such as a short video . If you don't have a good self-control component. Bad scores will follow your studying.

Although, it is not to say we can not to accept distant-learning programs, just like doing during the special time of covid-19. We have use this contemporary technique to study at home.

In conclusion, I consider to study at a university if you have conditions, but if you really have a problem to go to the school, I also recommend it you can take a distance learning program.

"Nowadays, it is a hot issue that distance-learning programs have gained in popularity. However, certain people argue that courses can never be as good as those taken by attending a college or university in person. I partly agree with this view; however, I believe distance-learning will be more popular in the future.

Firstly, if you enter a college or university's campus, you will have a strong feeling that you come to a place aimed at studying skills and knowledge. You will see a lot of students working diligently in the library or listening carefully in the classroom. On the other hand, with a distance-learning program, you cannot have the same feeling. It is difficult to know if students who study with you are not sleeping or just playing with other friends. Furthermore, you would like to concentrate at a special place where everybody has to take the same thing. If you are online, you are easily attracted by other funny things, such as a short video. If you don't have a good self-control component, bad scores will follow your studying.

Although it is not to say we cannot accept distance-learning programs, just like during the special time of COVID-19 when we have used this contemporary technique to study at home.

In conclusion, I consider studying at a university if you have the means. However, if you encounter difficulties attending a physical school, I also recommend considering a distance learning program."

满分范文:

Nowadays, distance-learning programs have gained significant popularity, offering education through written materials, videos, televised lessons, and the Internet. However, some individuals argue that such courses can never match the quality of in-person education at colleges or universities. In this essay, I will argue that while traditional on-campus education has its merits, distance learning is a valuable and increasingly relevant option for many.

To begin with, attending a college or university in person provides students with a unique sense of belonging and immersion in the learning environment. Being on campus fosters a strong sense of community, allowing students to interact with peers, engage in face-to-face discussions, and access physical resources like libraries and laboratories. This direct interaction with professors and classmates can be highly motivating and enhance the overall learning experience.

On the other hand, distance learning offers a level of flexibility and accessibility that traditional education cannot match. It accommodates the needs of individuals who may have work or family commitments that make attending a physical campus challenging. Moreover, advancements in technology have allowed distance learning programs to provide high-quality resources and interactive online platforms that facilitate effective learning. With discipline and self-control, students can excel in online courses, benefiting from a more personalized learning pace.

While there are concerns about distractions in online environments, it ultimately depends on the individual's self-discipline and commitment to their studies. The availability of a variety of multimedia resources in distance learning can also make the learning experience engaging and effective, provided students manage their time wisely.

In conclusion, both traditional on-campus education and distance learning have their merits and can cater to different needs and preferences. While in-person education offers a unique immersive experience, distance learning is increasingly becoming a valuable alternative for those with specific circumstances. Ultimately, the choice between the two depends on individual circumstances and learning styles. It is essential to recognize the advantages and limitations of each and make an informed decision based on one's educational goals and lifestyle.

7分的范文,供参考:

In recent years, distance-learning programs have witnessed a surge in popularity, with many individuals opting for educational courses delivered through written materials, videos, televised lessons, and the Internet. However, a debate persists as to whether these courses can ever be on par with the quality of traditional, in-person education offered by colleges and universities. In my opinion, while both forms of education have their merits, I tend to agree more with the view that distance learning has its own advantages and will continue to grow in importance.

To begin with, the traditional on-campus educational experience is undeniably valuable. It offers students a rich social environment where they can interact with peers, engage in face-to-face discussions, and access extensive resources such as libraries and laboratories. Being physically present on campus creates a sense of belonging and encourages students to become active participants in their education. This immersive experience can be particularly beneficial for certain fields of study that require hands-on training or group collaboration.

On the flip side, distance learning provides a level of flexibility that is often unmatched by traditional education. It accommodates the needs of individuals who have work or family commitments, making it possible for them to pursue higher education without the constraints of location. Moreover, advancements in technology have enhanced the quality of online courses, offering interactive platforms, multimedia resources, and opportunities for self-paced learning. With discipline and effective time management, students can excel in distance learning programs, proving that they can be as good as, if not better than, in-person courses.

It is true that the potential for distractions exists in an online learning environment. However, this challenge can be mitigated through self-discipline and the cultivation of good study habits. Furthermore, distance learning allows for a diverse range of resources and approaches that can cater to different learning styles and preferences, ultimately enhancing the overall educational experience.

In conclusion, both traditional in-person education and distance learning have their respective strengths and weaknesses. While traditional education offers a unique social and immersive experience, distance learning provides unmatched flexibility and accessibility. The choice between the two should be based on individual circumstances and goals. In the rapidly evolving landscape of education, it is clear that distance learning is not only here to stay but will also continue to improve, making it a compelling option for many learners.
