Ⅰ. introduction

The depth range of the implanted ions can be enlarged to several microns. 标准的离子注入工艺可以实现比井小的几微米的横向纵向尺寸结构。
通过Taurus模型作校准比较困难，磷离子在Mev量级下用蒙特卡洛模型对Taurus模型作了一次校准。
