更新conda后运行python可能遇到qt.qpa.plugin: Could not find the Qt platform plugin "windows" in “”问题，是因为Qt不存在或者环境变量中没有设置。

要在环境变量中设置，如下：

set QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH=D:\Anaconda\Library\plugins\platforms

或者在环境变量中设置上述路径。

 注意路径是D:\Anaconda\Library\plugins\platforms，不是在site-packges中的PyQt5中的plugins\platforms
