As a project manager, my main responsibility is to perform key stakeholder
analysis in the startup process group, create a work breakdown structure in the planning process group,implement the quality management plan in
the implementation process group, and ensure that project deliverables conform to the quality standards in the monitoring process group, Obtain financial, legal,and administrative
closure in the closing process group.
The project was praised by the company leaders. I learned to better plan the quality and schedule of the project.

教育项目

The goal of the project is to provide users with online education resources and enrich the business capabilities of the company
As a project manager, my main responsibility is to Identify and document high-level risks in the startup process group, develop a project schedule in the planning process group, implement approved changes according to the change management plan in the implementation process group, and update the risk register and risk response plan in the monitoring process group, distribute the final project report in the closing process group.
The project gained a huge revenue and was awarded by the company.Achieve excellent growth in customer satisfaction.I learned to better assist the team in implementing the plan.

物联网项目

The goal of the project is to provide users with a set of intelligent home appliance equipment, which is controlled by APP and intelligent audio equipment.
As a project manager, my main responsibility is to develop and obtain approved project charter in the startup process group, analyze current key stakeholders in relation to the project plan in the planning process group, maximize team performance in the implementation process group, and communicate project status to stakeholders in the monitoring process group, archive project documents and materials in the closing process group.
The project has successfully participated in AWE and CES in 2018 and 2019 and won recognition from customers and leaders. I learned to better identify risk management.

考试

PMP考前准备清单参考

考试清单记得打钩哦，然后就是提前一个小时到考场，考场人特别多、走路特别长。进入考场所有电子产品不许带入考场，并且需要关机，否者当作弊处理。
考试过程中，最好带一件外套，空调特别冷，一做就是4个小时起步，少喝水。开考40分钟之后并且距离考试结束大于30分钟可以提前交卷。

打印一份，带到考场，进入考场的大楼需要先交才能进入大楼。

成绩结果公布
