今天小程序突然很多功能不能用了，去社区看了一下发现改规则了。微信公众平台从这里可以查看
解决方法就是去小程序后台-设置-服务内容声明-用户隐私保护指引去更新一下所需要的权限，9.15之后如果没声明的权限则对应的接口无法访问，具体接口可以点击链接查看，勾选完提交更新，审核后即可正常访问，如果还不行就给基础库换版本到2.13
