啥是佩奇，让程序员用python来告诉你，哈哈

网上画佩奇的代码很多。主要用到turtle这个库。但是在安装的过程中，遇到几个错误。
先说明下我的环境

• win10 64位
• python 3.5
  安装过程中报错
  unable to find vcvarsall.bat
  解决办法
  
  安装过程中报
  Command “python setup.py egg_info” failed with error code 1
  

改为源码可以再压缩成tar.gz包，然后执行pip install turtle-0.0.2.tar.gz
