基于矢量控制策略的异步电机调速系统设计

由于国内人民生活水平的提高,科技不断地进步,控制不断地完善,从而促使矢量控制技术在电气传动系统领域占据主导权,也使得交流异步电机调速控制系统被广泛应用。在交流异步电机调速系统设计领域中,矢量控制成为目前一处亮丽的风景线,因为其开发资源众多,开发经验丰富,最重要的是成本较低,控制在用户可承受的范围内,使用坐标变换的方式搭建异步电机调速系统仿真模型,从而满足对电机转矩和磁通的控制,异步电机调速系统的动态性能逐渐成为世界各国关注的重点。随着矢量控制的异步电机调速控制系统领域的不断革新,数量越来越大,逐渐成为研究的重点方向,因此新一代的我们要认真去研矢量控制构成的交流调速系统。

深入学习异步电机的整体结构和分类,针对交流异步电动机调速矢量控制系统当做研究对象。在对交流异步电动机调速矢量控制系统工作原理和各个部分的数学模型进行深入研究的基础上,在MATLAB/SIMULINK对不同部件的传递原理和数学模型进行了深入的研究,建立矢量控制的异步电机调速系统动力学模型,通过仿真结果验证,可以比较各种策略与方案,优化并确定相关参数。最后,对矢量控制的异步电机调速系统分析方法进行了详细比较分析,为科学决策提供可靠的依据。

本次设计经过模型搭建、仿真验证,在学习掌握异步电机工作特性的同时,参考得到的仿真结果,为更进一步的设计开发新的产品奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract

Due to the improvement of people's living standard in China, the continuous progress of science and technology, the continuous improvement of control, so as to promote the vector control technology to enter the field of electrical transmission, and make the ac motor speed regulation technology become the leading industry.Represented by the vector control of ac speed regulation technology is a beautiful scenery line, at the present stage because of its development has a mature technology, the cost is relatively small, establishes a model of induction motor speed control system by coordinate transformation, which can be implemented as dc motor torque and flux control of ac speed regulation system of speed control performance can be comparable and dc speed regulating system, thus become the focus of world attention.As the vector control of ac speed control system industry innovation, the number of more and more, gradually become the focus of the research direction, so the new generation of we should seriously study the vector control of ac speed control.

Deeply study the whole structure and classification of asynchronous motor, regard ac asynchronous motor speed vector control system as the research object.In vector control of ac asynchronous motor control system working principle and the mathematical model of each part, on the basis of in-depth study, in the MATLAB/SIMULINK for different parts of the transmission principle and mathematical model studied, vector control of induction motor speed control system dynamic model is established, through the simulation results show, you can compare all kinds of strategy and plan, optimize and related parameters were determined.At last, the analysis method of vector control induction motor speed regulation system is analyzed in detail, which provides a reliable basis for scientific decision.

This design through the model building, simulation verification, in learning to master the asynchronous motor working characteristics, at the same time, reference to the simulation results, for further design and development of new products to lay a solid foundation.
