Currently have a single physical server, hosted in a data centre. I want to move this server to Azure and once fully functional, decommission the physical server and just use the one moved to Azure.

On the guide above, I am stuck on "Enable Replication" step 9. I believe this is because the server has the process and configuration set on it. Most guides state using a second server, but this is not possible.

Currently you can’t replicate/migrate/protect the machine where you installed ASR components (Process server, Configuration Server and master target server). If you wish you may leave your feedbackhere. All the feedback you share in these forums will be monitored and reviewed by the Microsoft engineering teams responsible for building Azure.

Alternatively, you can create an identical machine in Azure with generalized VM VHD
