Hi

I assigned multiple HRs to same task.

I am using leveling and I see that MSP devides the tak duration between the multiple HRs.

How can I set that each HR works for the full duration ?

Hello Shani,

For your existing tasks:

• In the Gantt view, display
• Set Type to fixed duration for all tasks
• Display the "Effort Driven" column
• Set Effort Driven to "No" for all tasks

Your existing tasks will now maintain the same duration when you add multiple resources.

Assuming you're using Project 2010, to set this as the default for any new tasks you add to your schedule:

From theribbon menus, select File > Options...

In the left hand pane, select Schedule

Set the Default Task Type to "Fixed Duration"

Ensure the New tasks are effort driven tick box is unticked
