When I create an email message through System.Web.Mail namespace. I am receiving some conflicting results for the timestamp. If I send an email message at the following date/time 07/01/2009 16:25:07 -0400. The email timestamp is showing as the following below in the Outlook Message Options Internet headers section: Date: Wed, 1 Jul 2009 16:25:7 -0400. As you notice the leading zero is stripped off of the seconds. Which I believe is what is causing the sentdisplay time on the message to show 07/01/2009 1:00 AM. The reason I am entering this in this forum is because I have checked every computer, server, etc and they all are showing the correct timezone, daylight setting, etc. I can duplicate the problem because everything works fine when I send an email with a time of 07/01/2009 16:29:35 -0400. Any help would be appreciated because I am definitely stumped.
