Till TFS 2017, we can see the alerts of all users. but now in TFS 2017 Update 1, I cannot find the place from where I can see alerts of all users.

现在一个问题是，当用户离开组织时，他的电子邮件地址不是有效，但在TFS中，电子邮件警报将发送到该电子邮件ID并使其恢复。这产生了"部分成功"。工作历史中的通知。

Now one problem is, when user left organisation, then his email address is not valid, but in TFS, email alerts will send to that email id and get it bounce back. this is generating "Partial Success" notification in job history.
