我被困了好几天，试图找出广播接收器和警报管理器出了什么问题，基本上我的广播接收器在推送通知时没有被触发.

I'm stuck for days now trying to figure out what is wrong with my broadcast receiver and alarm manager , basically my broadcast receiver is not triggered when pushing a notification .

PS : I have to make a sample code to turn on / off airplane mode and registered the receiver dynamically but with my code it is not triggered at all if anyone could guide me i d appreciate it , i ve been stuck for days
