Some Clinical Documents are getting uploaded as CDAs through account.healthvault-ppe. Even if we try to upload it as a CCD it gets uploaded as a CDA Document. But the same document can beprogrammatically uploaded to HealthVault as a CCD.

If it is uploading as a CDA that is because it is missing the templateIds in the document that indicate it is a CCD. Since CCD is a restriction of CDA the document can pass schema validation for both types. If you upload the document as CCD through an app, we rely on the app to make the proper choice about the document type.
