Is there an easy way to add 90 degrees to all of the raw data for the skeleton points?

I havemounted the sensor vertical (rotated 90 degrees) so that it has a very tall field of view for tracking a single person's whole body from close up.

Do you get skeleton data at all after rotating the sensor? Because i don't.

It looks like the kinect does not consider it's rotation for depth-processing, and thus won't recognize a person when rotated. ( no skeleton, no bodyframe, ... )
