Hi folks, I've a doubt about the behavior of the ideal trend shown in the tfs burndown graph (scrum template). I've understood that the line starts in the accumulated "remaining work" at the start of the sprint. Also if we added another task the line shoulded add the new task remaining work. As I understand the line should never dicrease its value because it should reflect the initial remaining work. The thing is that we added a new user story the second day of the sprint. At that point we already had finished 1 h of work. The line was recalculted because of the new user story but it didn't take into account the finished hours. Do you note this behavior? Is it as it is supose to be? i'd like the line to add the new user story's hours without recalculating the previous one. Thanks very much in advance!
