我还在8月17日提交了更新（ UTC + 8,21天前），仍在处理认证。有些用户已经等了一个月。

在3.55（UTC + 1）3中，我在8月16日提交的应用程序已通过认证！

同样在这里 - 我的应用程序于8月10日终于在昨天（9月5日）18:45（UTC + 1）通过了认证。具有讽刺意味的是，当我得到消息的时候，我已经放弃了当天，并在酒吧里第二品脱了： - ）
MS说它在23日进入队列，所以这使得认证时间在他们引用的7-10个工作日内，留下13天的时间来完成签名过程。我想这并不算太糟糕，考虑到另一周来自的证书问题：过了几天才能完成整个过程，一周时间就被打破了，然后再过几天就可以重新开始。

解决方案To answer your first question... Nope.
I also submitted an update on Aug 17th (UTC+8, 21 days ago), still in processing certification. Some users have waited for a month.

At 3.55 (UTC+1) 3 of 4 my apps submitted on the 16th August were certified !

Same here - my app that was submitted on 10th August finally passed certification yesterday (5th September) at 18:45 BST (UTC+1). Ironically, I'd given up for the day and was on my second pint in the pub when I got the message :-)
MS said that it entered the queue on the 23rd, so that puts the certification time within the 7-10 business days that they quote, leaving 13 days for it to go through the signing process. I guess that's not too bad, considering the certificate problem from the other week: a few days to get part way through that process, a week whilst it was broken, then a few more days to get through once everything was restarted.
Anyway, looks like that backlog is starting to clear - I hope that everyone else gets their results soon!
