If statuses are messages on your fan page then yes, but I don''t think this is what you want. Getting the current user''s statuses is possible, but again not what you want. Overall answer: no this is not possible, security settings block this (thankfully!). If anyone could just get hold of other people''s statuses without them knowing through such a tenuous link as a fan page I would be very worried...
