一、项目简介
本文是对高校宿舍管理系统的概括总结，主要从开题背景，课题意义，研究内容，开发环境与技术，系统分析，系统设计，系统实现这几个角度来进行本高校宿舍管理系统的阐述。
高校宿舍管理系统运用Eclipse工具进行开发，使用Java语言进行编码，后台框架采用SSM框架(Spring框架、SpringMVC框架，Mybatis-Plus框架)进行设计上的分离，数据库采用的是Mysql数据库，用来保存本系统产生的数据。系统可以提供信息显示和相应服务，本系统管理员管理宿舍访客和宿舍信息，管理宿舍水表和电表以及对应的缴费信息，管理报修与学生信息。宿舍管理员管理宿舍卫生检查信息和学生缺勤信息。学生查询电表和水表余额以及其对应的缴费信息，登记物品报修，查询宿舍卫生检查和缺勤信息。
二、系统功能
在前面分析的管理员功能的基础上，进行接下来的设计工作，最终展示设计的管理员结构图（见下图）。管理员管理宿舍访客和宿舍信息，管理宿舍水表和电表以及对应的缴费信息，管理报修与学生信息。

管理员功能实现
访客管理
管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理访客信息。其页面见下图。管理员对宿舍的访客信息进行登记，包括来访事由，访客的温度，访客的手机号，访客的身份证号等信息，在当前页面，管理员能够修改访客的信息，删除指定的访客信息。
学生管理
管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理学生。其页面见下图。管理员增删改查学生资料。
宿舍信息管理
管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理宿舍信息。其页面见下图。管理员在本页面可以查看各个宿舍入住的人员信息，可以修改宿舍房间信息，提交房间号可以查询宿舍信息。
公告管理
管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理公告信息。其页面见下图。管理员才具有发布与管理公告的权限，其他角色只能查看公告。

卫生检查管理
宿舍管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理宿舍卫生检查信息。其页面见下图。宿舍管理员查看各个宿舍的卫生检查结果信息，修改或删除宿舍的卫生检查信息。
缺勤管理
宿舍管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理学生缺勤信息。其页面见下图。宿舍管理员对未回宿舍的学生进行缺勤登记，修改或删除宿舍学生的缺勤信息。
电表管理
宿舍管理员进入指定功能操作区之后可以管理宿舍电表信息。其页面见下图。宿舍管理员负责登记各个宿舍的电表信息，能够修改或删除宿舍的电表余额信息。
学生功能实现
添加报修信息
学生进入指定功能操作区之后可以添加报修信息。其页面见下图。学生在自己的后台可以登记物品报修信息，需要登记物品信息以及报修详情信息才可以提交信息。
电表缴费查询
学生进入指定功能操作区之后可以查看电表缴费信息。其页面见下图。学生在当前页面根据电表编号或电表余额查询电表缴费信息。
水表查询
学生进入指定功能操作区之后可以查询水表信息。其页面见下图。学生提供水表编号或宿舍的房间号可以查询水表的余额信息。
