You may use interop in .Net If you are working in visual studio, then you may simply add reference of your dll file. If the dll is supported by .Net then visual studio will create a wrapper on this behind the veil. That means if it is referenced successfully you would be able to use it as normal dll. Please note that this other dll is not .Net dll, just a wrapper over this & request will be made from wrapper to actual dll. You still need to register that dll on machine on which you want to execute your application.
