对于Raspberry Pi 3B +，正式支持内部预览版本17661，它适用于我。

因此请确保闪烁正确的版本。

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I flashed windows IoT using IoT Dashboard tool on a Sandisk 32GB micro sd and it doesn't boot... stuck on rainbow screen

For Raspberry Pi 3B+, there is a insider preview version 17661 supported officially and it works for me.

So make sure you flash the right version.
