I am getting 'The update is not applicable for your computer'. I am trying install ON Windows Server 2012 R2. Verified thatwindows8-rt-kb3154519-x64 is not already available using get-hotfix KB3154519. The system is 64 bit and have used the installer related to it from the below link.
