So im now migrating the project from win 7 4.0 vs 2010 into windows 10, vs 2015..

.Net Framework 4.6已预先安装在Win 10中.请参考: .NET Framework系统要求.

.Net Framework 4.6 is pre-installed within Win 10. please refer to:.NET Framework System Requirements.

You don't need to install 4.6 separately, directly go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features to enable V4.6 feature:
