Is their a forum for VS 2017 problem. If so, please direct me to the site. I am having problem with the initial sample.

I can not drag a button or textview to the designer. I installed V 15.9.4. Do I need fixes after the install?

What’s type of your project and could you share us more detail steps and screenshot about your problem?

What’s your VS version? Have you met any error message during installation?

You’d better open VS installer to select "repair" to repair VS initially. Then re-create a new project with same type to test again.
