I am trying to create an SSISDB catalog in SQLServer 2017 to deploy SSIS project however i keep getting the error: fileMicrosoft.SQLServerIntergrationServices.Build.dll error does not exist. I have tried CodePlex but cannot find solutions as noted on blog posts.

Have you triedadd that dll file bythe nuget package Microsoft.SqlServer.IntegrationServices.Build?

And there is document about how to get that dll:
