Services like Travis CI and Appveyor allow directories, such as node_modules, to be caches - allowing for much quicker subsequent builds if nothing has changed.

Is this possible to do in Visual Studio Team Services, by way of something like a config or similar?

At the moment, out of a 7 minute build, 4 minutes of this is due to the npm install step (which rarely changes)>
