I just upgrade to on premises TFS 2015

i have one PBI with one child impediment the impedimentlinked to child task .

PBI->Impediment->Task

i assigned the task to the sprint. nothing appears in the task board or sprint backlog. what is the problem it works fine with TFS 2013?

I have tested your issue both in TFS 2013 Update5, TFS 2015 Update 3 and TFS 15. And just like you said, in TFS 2013, this PBI will show in Sprint backlog and taskboard with that task, but in TFS 2015 and TFS 15, it disappears.

But I suggest that you link that task to PBI as a child directly, and about Impediment, you could use the Related link type.
