我使用自定义域创建了Akamai CDN。

I have created Akamai CDN with custom domain.

CDN适用于自定义域而不使用ssl（http）

CDN works on custom domain without ssl (http)

我也有通过门户网站启动了https请求。

I have also initiated https request via portal.

启动过程花了超过24小时。我们还没有收到来自digicert的任何电子邮件。

It has taken more than 24hrs for the process to start. We have not received any email from digicert.
