Do you know of a graphing library similar to Google's Annotated Timeline( code.google/apis/visualization/documentation/gallery/annotatedtimeline.html) that can be updated in realtime with new data points? Either javascript or flash is ok.

A lot of the bigger charting libraries/toolkits will let you update the datasets in 'realtime', if by realtime you mean that you're able to call a function on the chart to introduce new points.
