Is there any documentation available for retraining models in Azure Machine Learning Service Workspace?

We are deploying our models as Docker images to Azure container Instance and are currently having to manually redepoly the re-trained model. Ideally, we have some Data Factory pipelines that run monthly, and would like to re-train our model monthly, but without needing to redeploy.
