这个bug很少再现。加载窗口后，所有工具提示和下拉列表（组合框）都显示在窗口的左上角，而不是它们应该在的位置。在ComboBox中，只有下拉部分显示在左上角。

This bug is rarely reproducing. Once the window is loaded, all tooltips and dropdown lists(comboboxes) are showing in the top left corner of the window, not where they should be. In ComboBox, only drop-down part is showing at the top left corner.

We have the similar problem. Context menus and Tooltips show in the top left corner. We are not able to consistantly reproduce.
