I am in the process of upgrading our development environment. I have recently upgraded my project from VS 2008 to VS 2017. One thing that no longer works is my setup project.

We had a setup project we used to generate an MSI in Visual Studio 2008; however, this setup does not work in VS 2017. I have searched numerous places on the internet and I'm not sure how to replicate what we did in VS 2008 and looking for guidance.
