Hi when i connect sql server 2012 form using login and password with sql server authentication,it show error

When i see in configuration manager ,sql server is stopped,but i try to run it will show progress bar and finish it and i can see running symbol but after i refresh it again stopped, Why it automatically stopped sql server ? Regards Aravind
